Random stuff

starielToday I took a Vis-à-Vis pen home from the lab to write on my cool laminated wet erase calendar. Actually I brought two, a red and a green, but for some reason the green one won't work right :( That sucks because the green was supposed to be for regular labeling and the red for high priority stuff and exams. Oh well. Tomorrow I will raid again and see what I can find. We have about 1,000,000 pens, so I'm sure I can find another. Maybe I'll even return the slightly broken one. I would really like a blue and a purple, but I guess I should just buy a set.
When I got home today I played some Makin' Magic and ate a fruit cup (peaches) and did my calendar. Then I decided I should stop stalling and do some real work, so I wrote up my lab report for microbiology. I still have to read the paper for my seminar tomorrow and answer some questions about it, but it shouldn't take very long.
Then I heard about this cool biology talk on Thursday with Finding Nemo afterwards, but I can't go because I'm going to another talk about math and genetics. Ah, the pressures of my busy life.
