I just got back from working out, yay me!
I did 35 minutes on the eliptical machine. Then I did 10 reps of bench-pressing 20 pounds (ok, slightly pitiful, but that was after the whole workout!)
My new goal is to work out for 1/2 hour each morning. I can do it here at my apts so that I can shower after. It shouldn't add too much time to my morning. Then if I'm feeling especially ambitious I can work out again in the evening.
According to the machine I burned 385 calories, which is more than I had for dinner! But of course with my measly metabolism it was probably more like 10.
