So there I am, me and another million Tool fans, trying to buy tickets. And I even have a friend of mine trying to buy tickets on my behalf.
It's 9:59 and I'm hitting refresh, and I get in. Less than one minute searcing for tickets! Then it changes to approximately one minute, then it tells me there's been an error. No, not like my internet had an error, the Ticketmaster site had an error. Meanwhile my friend is searcing and her wait time keeps going up. So I try again, frantically this time, error again. Then another error. She gets two errors, all the circuits are busy for the phone lines. And the tickets are gone.
I do not envy the Ticketmaster phone customer service employees, who are now going to be receiving thousands of angry calls from Tool fans. AS THEY SHOULD! This is ridiculous. Utterly ridiculous. And unfortunate that their ticket buying system had to malfunction when a bunch of rabid Tool fans were trying to buy tickets.
GRRRRR!
