YAHOO IS TRACKING GROUP MEMBERS -- If you belong to ANY Yahoo Groups - be aware that Yahoo is now using "Web Beacons" to track every Yahoo Group user. It's similar to cookies, but allows Yahoo to record every website and every group you visit, even when you're not connected to Yahoo. Look at their updated privacy statement at http://privacy.yahoo.com/privacy

How to opt-out:
  1. go to http://privacy.yahoo.com/privacy
  2. Scroll down to the section about cookies, there you'll find a link that reads "web beacons". Click on that link (the url you're directed to is: http://privacy.yahoo.com/privacy/us/beacons/details.html )
  3. Under "Outside the Yahoo! Network", on the third paragraph, the last line reads: "Please click here to opt-out." Click on that url and you have opted out.
  4. On the page that opens, DO NOT click on the button that appears. That new button reads "Cick here to re-opt in" (or something like that).

Note: for this to work you must opt-out on every computer and browser you use.
